Corporate training built on improv, backed by real training experience

The result is training that plays like improv and works like training.
What your team can learn
Five workshops across three practical tracks. Pick one focus area for a single session, or combine several into a half-day, full-day, or multi-week program.
No spotlight, no pressure. Nobody is put on the spot or forced to perform. Every exercise starts low-stakes and builds gradually, so the whole room can participate comfortably, introverts included.

Common questions
Will anyone be forced on the spot or made to perform?
No. This isn't a talent show. Every exercise starts low-stakes and builds gradually, participation is always invited rather than demanded, and there's no expectation that anyone be "funny." Quieter team members are never singled out.
How is this different from hiring a comedy show?
A show is built to entertain an audience. These workshops are built like training. Each exercise ties back to a specific communication, leadership, or collaboration skill, with debriefs that connect the game back to your team's actual work.
What size groups do you work with?
Anywhere from a small team of a few people up to full departments. Group size shapes the format and pricing, so let us know roughly how many people you're planning for.
Do you travel outside San Diego?
Yes. Patrick personally travels for events nationwide. For larger or multi-location engagements, he draws on a small circle of trusted partner facilitators around the country.
Do you offer virtual workshops?
Yes, full sessions are available over video conferencing for remote or hybrid teams.
Can workshops be customized to our specific goals?
Yes, that's the default, not an add-on. Tell us what you're working on and we'll build the session (or program) around it.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on group size, format, and length, and stays competitive with national training providers. Contact us for a free consultation and a quote built around your team.
